WildEarth Guardians protects and restores the wildlife, wild places, wild rivers, and health of the American West.
Q: What advice would you give to people in midlife who want to transition to a green job?
Know that unless you are coming from another non-profit, there will be a pay cut. This is getting better, but still trailing, specifically in small non-profits.
Q: What are the skills that you believe will be required most in the short-medium term in your industry?
For non-profits, everyone wants to be doing the work of the non-profit, but the greatest need is for fundraisers.
