Carbon to Value Initiative: free livestream, June 8

Carbon to Value Initiative

A useful learning and networking opportunity for anyone interested in climate tech: the Carbon to Value Initiative free livestream on June 8. Here’s the description:

Join us on Wednesday, June 8 for the Carbon to Value Initiative Kickoff Event!

The Carbon to Value (C2V) Initiative is a multi-year collaboration between The Urban Future Lab (UFL), Greentown Labs, and the Fraunhofer USA TechBridge Program. This unique partnership is driving the creation of a thriving innovation ecosystem for the commercialization of carbontech — technologies that capture, convert and store carbon dioxide (CO₂) into valuable end products or services. The C2V Initiative is founded by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).

Year 2 of the C2V Initiative builds on its successful first year in 2021 that led to partnerships, technology advancement, and industry growth. Join us, together with Fluor Corporation, a leading global engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, as we welcome the second cohort of startups to this exciting program, which will connect them with experts, resources, and programming to help them achieve their commercial and technical milestones!
