NSAC is hosting a FREE, two-hour webinar with the stakeholders that negotiated SB 54 (Allen) and worked to get it signed into law. SB 54 lead author Senator Ben Allen and staffer Tina Andolina will be joined by key stakeholders to share the details regarding the negotiations process, how we reached an agreement, and the timelines for implementation. Areas of discussion focus will be addressed by different stakeholder groups including environmental NGOs, waste haulers, producers and corporations, and local governments.
