Sophie is Head of Environment & Sustainability at Ground Control leading their sustainability strategy and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and standards. This includes driving forward their programmes on carbon net zero, biodiversity enhancement, responsible material use and social value. Sophie has over 20 years’ experience working in environment & sustainability, the majority of which has been in the construction sector before moving into the ground maintenance and landscaping sector working for Ground Control.
David Dahan
David is a strategic advisor in business growth and transformational change. Beyond strategic development, he helps organisations on carbon management, ESG, sustainability and their journey to net zero. He is Founder and Managing Director of Newton Wright Advisors and affiliated with Auditel, a Carbon, Cost and Procurement Solutions consultant network. As an Associate Consultant of the British Standards Institute (BSI), David is accredited in delivering PAS2060 methodology for demonstrating carbon neutrality.
