Our revised two-step format:
For 20 minutes, individuals share what they need to advance their nifty idea, talking for 1-2 minutes.
Then, for 10 minutes each presenter goes to their own Zoom Breakout room to chat with others in the audience who want to offer assistance and learn more
And we repeat those two steps again for the next 30 minutes to get to the top of the hour.
