Jennifer Schloesser is the Creative Director at Empire Screen Printing, overseeing production artists, project managers, web developers, designers, and marketing. She established a green committee and formally created a sustainability policy, implementing Empire’s Environmental Management System (EMS). Her leadership has led to 25 sustainability and safety awards, including the Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, Wisconsin Family Business of the Year Award in 2016. Outside work, Jennifer enjoys time with her family, watching her son play hockey, hiking, camping, fishing, canoeing, and capturing those moments through photography and painting.

Jessica Haasser is the Quality & EHS Manager for Inpro Corporation. Jessica is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the quality, environmental, and safety systems at Inpro with over 11 years of experience with the ISO 14001 standard. She leads Inpro’s environmental management system team that reviews the business aspects and sets annual targets to reduce Inpro’s impact on the environment. Jessica is responsible for environmental regulatory compliance and environmental performance metrics. Jessica is a graduate of Carroll University and is a LEED Green Associate and LSS Green Belt.
