Our brand new, interactive online course about cellular agriculture has been released!
Our course, made in collaboration with industry, academia, and regulatory organisations, has been created to equip students and industry professionals with the knowledge to get involved in the cellular agriculture industry; whether it be with a cellular agriculture company or pursuing further education.
It comprises six modules that are specially designed to cover a broad range of topics within the cellular agriculture industry, including understanding the science, identifying potential opportunities for research and development in Australia, and understanding the domestic and global market, including regulatory requirements and pathways. It was developed in response to conversations between industry and academia, to address the emerging needs of the industry and grow the talent needed to enter and power the field.
The six modules consist of an introduction to cellular agriculture, the opportunity for Australia, cultivated meat production, precision fermentation, scaling cellular agriculture, and food policy and regulation in Australia.
