Transforming food innovation through science & collaboration is an online event presented by Nestlé & Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley which will explore how key stakeholders from the Swiss food ecosystem are responding to the global challenges of feeding over 9 billion people. Participants will learn about how the Swiss model of collaborative and open innovation model can bring all food systems players to work on solutions for global challenges.
This interactive event will include keynote speeches from industry experts and a Q&A session that will provide the following: Insights into how multi-faceted collaboration is the key to accelerated innovation with transformative results. Moderated by Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley, Nestlé, EPFL, Givaudan & Sight & Life will share examples of how the ecosystem enables and accelerates sharing of knowledge, technology transfer, and open innovations with a layered approach steered by consumer demands, preservation of the planet, science, technology and innovation.
