A useful learning and networking opportunity for anyone interested in ESG: The SURGE: Business and Sustainability webinar on January 11.
As part of the SURGE Seminar Series, we will be joined by Facundo Etchebehere, Global Vice-President of Public Affairs at Danone.
Facundo Etchebehere is an economist with a master’s in Political Science from the Catholic University of Argentina. He has also served as the chairman of the Advertising Council of Argentina and secretary of the Professional Public Relations Council of Argentina. Before that, he was an academic researcher and economic consultant who held various roles in Argentina’s national and local public sectors.
Companies need to embrace a future-fit business model that embeds transformations into the business equation; unleashes innovations; and shifts from negative externalities into positive impact to drive competitiveness for brands today and tomorrow. We must avoid the trap where transformations are seen as a burden driven by commitments, or by external promises disconnected from business realities. Rather, they should drive excitement about tomorrow, a sense of possibility and progress. And they should be integrated into one single agenda uniting business performance and societal impact.
