“WiE inspire” is an event series jointly hosted by The Women in Economics Initiative e.V. and the Economics Students Association of the University of Bonn. Through the “WiE inspire” series, we hope to bring together women academics and professionals in various fields to share their work and experiences with young economists. The fourth online “WiE inspire” edition is a panel discussion with Dr. Mirjam Ambrosius (Manager Computational Engineering, Innovation Team at adidas) and Prof. Dr. Sandra Rousseau (Professor for Environmental Economics and Sustainable Management at KU Leuven) on navigating the field of sustainability and environmental economics. We will discuss the speaker’s career path, work and research. Furthermore, we will also briefly discuss the intersection between their work and gender identity.
