Alyssa Rade is the chief sustainability officer at Sustain.Life where she leads the company’s strategy for product content, guiding users on their decarbonization and ESG journeys. Her 10+ years of corporate sustainability experience guides the program recommendations, carbon management and ESG disclosures featured in Sustain.Life’s software. Prior to joining Sustain.Life, Alyssa directed the ESG program at Vornado Realty Trust, where she managed sustainable operations and development for over 30 million sf of class A commercial space. Alyssa is accredited as a LEED and WELL AP and holds a MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a BA in Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.

Panelist: Lauren Craft, Reporter at Energy Intelligence

Lauren Craft leads a global team of journalists covering the energy transition, overseeing coverage on everything from technology to corporate strategy, investor scrutiny to policy, transportation to power. Lauren has shared the EI New Energy team’s insights on media broadcasts and conferences such as New York Climate Week. She has a special interest in highlighting constructive solutions for the energy transition, including technologies that can be deployed in hard-to-decarbonize sectors like oil and gas, transport, and heavy industry.

Panelist: Luke Falk, Chief Operating Officer, at energyRe

Luke Falk is a Vice President of energyRe responsible for the development of Clean Path NY. energyRe is an independent New York company focused on solving complex challenges and providing clean energy solutions. The team at energyRe has expertise in infrastructure, engineering, and real estate.

At Related Companies Luke’s energy practice included responsibility for developing distributed and renewable energy generation projects including a number of cogeneration plants, building-mounted and large-scale PV, and the largest energy storage system in New York City. He was responsible for improving the energy performance and resilience of new and existing developments; in this capacity he led the design of over a dozen LEED-certified buildings representing +$10B in capital investment including the tallest passive house in the world for Cornell Tech on Roosevelt Island.
